White Chocolate Chip Cookies

INGREDIENTS:
2/3 cup of shortening
2/3 cup of butter (slightly melted)
1 cup of sugar
1 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla

MIX ALL INGREDIENTS TOGETHER, THEN SLOWLY ADD IN:

3 cups of flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt

AFTER ALL INGREDIENTS ARE MIXED WELL, STIR IN:

1 cup white chocolate chips
1 cup semi sweet chocolate chips

ROLL DOUGH INTO 1 1/2 INCH BALLS AND PLACE ONTO PARCHMENT PAPER

BAKE AT 350 DEGREES FOR 8-10 MIN.
